select all button in server config #49

Currently have check box per project in the right pane in the "Servers and 
projects" settings view. Possible to add a check box in the column header to 
select all, or something like that?

It is not easy to display a checkbox in the column header of the grid control I 
am
using. However, there is a context menu which allows you to select/unselect all 
the
projects. Is it what you need?

Oops, I didn't see that. Yes, that certainly does the trick. I wonder if 
there's a way 
it can be made clearer. Or maybe I should stop being such a wimp :)
