Crash on start 64bit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install on 64 bit vista
2. Execute
3. Crash

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

App does not start. I get:

Not sure if this is a 100% 64 bit error as I'm running this on Windows 7 64-bit 
and it's working fine....
