Tooltip over systray #62

It could be really usefull to display a quick tooltip when the mouse is over 
the systray.
The content could be a customizable (for a server or all) like:
- last builds
- last errors
- currently building
But it should stay lightweight. (Title of the query like lasts builds and a 
quicklist with a color icon for the status and the name of the build)
