What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure Hudson/Jenkins with AD authentication.
2. Change your AD password (due to expiration, etc.)
3. HTT will attempt to log in with old credentials so many times that the
account will be disabled (if lockout policy is in place).
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would like to have a setting for the maximum number of failed login attempts
for a server, so that it does not spam an AD-linked account with failed login
attempts and thus disable the account.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
0.11.1.0 on Windows Vista Business 32-bit
