dartdocs.org dartdoc-viewer is currently broken. #80

Currently the dartdoc-viewer is broken so all packages being generated will fail. Needs 19695 to be fixed then re generate all packages from 

web_components-0.3.5    2014-06-24T20:57:16.265Z     Success    build log

FYI - this is now fixed. There was a breaking change in web_componetns that we didn't notice at first. I republished a bunch of packages to get the versions right, but we still need to rebuild a few packages.

Hey Adam - do we need to do something to regenerate packages that had a broken dartdoc viewer, or is that something you can automate on your end?

@sigmundch I have a script that is able to rebuild a range of packages. Only available to be used by authorized users, so I'll get it run soon. Thanks for the fix!
