The Problem

the Simple TMs mod currently in the pack is a bit questionable when it comes to actually obtaining the TRs and TMs, as it is very luck based, with low percentage droprates from fainting opposing pokemon. Implementing alternative means to acquire TRs and TMs seems wise, but how to do it is a difficult thing to decide.

Possible Solutions

There's a lot more room for possibility, but this is just what i thought up so far.

i like the idea of getting rewarded for freeing pokemon, thats a really interesting concept i do also like getting random rewards for battling so we should keep that in place too, as a complementary method of occasionally getting TMs

Release Rewards is such a simple but effective addition that Legends has, and i think it is fantastic. The main thing with them that we should ensure is that they are always useful somehow, so you have an incentive to keep catching and releasing for them, that's part of Legends' gameplay loop really, and i do think it'll transfer well to Cobblemon.

We can definitely keep Battle TM rewards, and i think i could use a similar implementation to Simple TMs to implement a wider range of items aswell, if we want.
