Missing Minetweaker script bits #124

MineTweakerRecipeMaker.zs in the scripts folder is different between client and server packs preventing crafting of toast on the server but allowing it on client.

work around is to copy MineTweakerRecipeMaker.zs from a client install to the servers scripts folder and overwrite.

The following lines are in the client script but are not in the server script. The comments exist I just kept them here for sanity. Editted: code paste broke formatting attached difference report. difference report.pdf
