Silver ore spawn rate #364

The spawn rate of silver is 0.03% while diamond is 0.13% silver is currently rarer than diamond but is more common used. image

I think I may have found the cause of this issue while looking at configs for another issue and found that in the configs silver ore from thermal foundation is disabled. Maybe the bewitchment silver ore is meant to replace it as it has a 0.18% chance,
