Change all machine quests to ignore NBT #441

Multiple machine quests such as Thermal Expansion Pulverizer/Furnace and Mekanism machines have their item dependency set to match NBT.

This means that in some cases people will not be able to complete the quest with the machine they crafted because they store NBT data when placed/settings changed.

@adam9899 This would fix a few problems. Please think about it.
