MC Eternal recipe conflict (crossbow arrow / iron knife) #523

The recipe for the Crossbow Arrow (from Vampirism) and the Iron Knife (from DungeonTactics) are the same. Only the Knife can be crafted, thereby making the quest to craft 16 arrows unachievable.

Make sure you're on the latest version as I able to craft both as the recipes are slightly different.
