Chunk errors #552

So my friend is hosting a server on his computer and some of the chunks keep regenerating and it isn't even fitting the normal layout of the land. (using rejuvenation missiles from ICBM makes it a different layout too.) Also recently we found a couple parts of the land had been completely reversed. Also the forestry trees and ore turned into different blocks from forestry. (I feel like that is from forestry confusing item ID's)
