Description:
In vanilla minecraft, an observer emit redstone signal when being moved by a piston.
In the MC eternal modpack however, the observer doesn't emit a redstone signal at all.
This bugs breaks various contraption, most notably observer based flying machine.
To reproduce the problem:
Build the contraption in the picture, and flip the lever. The redstone dust should be powered, but it isn't.
Possible causes:
Maybe some mods change the default behavior of observer?
