The recently released v2 of github cache action will use caching for scheduled actions. This should speed up the daily updates significantly. Should probably go from 10-15 minutes to 2-3 minutes.

Hm. The second commit was probably triggered when I made a commit of the workflow to my fork. It should not be included in the PR. I'll try to remove that commit from this PR. If I can't make it work I'll make a new clean PR.
