Move MaterialProperty out of ThermalPhysics since we also need it in MechanicalPhysics
Add support for mechanical properties in MaterialProperty. Unlike thermal properties, mechanical properties only exist on the host so we cannot simply extend the current data structure to accommodate the mechanical properties. Instead part of the data structures needs to be duplicated.
This PR does two things:
