Add support for experimental ray files in the app #226

Adds an input parameter that controls whether ray or point cloud experimental data is used
Adds an integration test for DA with adding material with a ray file
Makes slight modifications to the test conditions for the integration test for DA with adding material with a point cloud file

Note: In some cases where the ray is aligned with the mesh, the intersection can erroneously be counted as DOF index 0. I modified the test so that doesn't occur, and listed the issue as #225.
