If your army was obliterated, you have the Officer Point advantage whenever anyone attacks you until your next turn. There is nothing that an attacker can do to gain the advantage in this case.
This keeps people from choosing to beat up on the smallest armies by default and ganging up on one player each round. (This is one of the mechanics we created very early on that helps avoid piling on the weakest players—one of the concerns mentioned in #3.)
What does "Any players whose Armies have been obliterated (not retreated) since their last turn should announce they have the advantage." mean?
