Would it be possible to add mathjax support? #57

I really like the ease gitprint provides to allow me to print markdown. It does not, however, appear to work with mathjax (see for example: https://gitprint.com/ctn-waterloo/website/blob/master/ctn_waterloo/content/research/nef/principle-1.md). Is it possible to get mathjax to work with this ?
