Pull in the new updates to Compound Lines.

Please work together tomorrow to resolve the issues brought up by the buildbot today - see: https://travis-ci.org/adamcandy/QGIS-Meshing/builds/10680150

The recent changes we've made in the dev-compound-update branch have removed a module that modular_meshing, and thus the tests, depend on. mesh_surface has been updated to reflect this, but not modular_meshing.
