Populate course links #17

Figure out a way to populate course links reliably as this now needs to be done for each semester.

Furthermore the magical url generating code should probably note be executed at runtime, but instead moved to a management that handels pre-populating urls.

There is some code for this in the current code. However this is mainly guesswork, and as such the values seems diminished.

Linking to http://www.ntnu.no/studier/emner// might be better than nothing. Yet I still strongly prefer sending people to the proper course page or itl.
