subscribers disappearing suddenly #248

I could not identify what is triggering this issue but there is an irritating behavior in my installation. All subscribers disappear suddenly from the staytus. I just subscribe again and in a given moment here you are, there is no any email in the list. I do not know how to fix it.

I am running the v1.0.1 installed in a container (https://github.com/adamcooke/staytus/blob/master/DOCKER_README.md)
