Issue status cannot be edited #260

When creating a new issue, the choosen status can only be one of tmhe following fixed status: "Investigating, Identified, Monitoring, Resolved". Its interesting the possibiity of create other possibles "issue status" or even change the current ones (to translation or any other ends).
