twitter: find similar tweets by users

this might just be a fun spam checking exercise, but it would be useful to find how similar two accounts are to each other. (or to find accounts that are just sending spam)

• Keyword density
• similar links
• common set of users mentioned

We can try and use https://github.com/xrash/smetrics to find some of these.
