[Feature Request] Support for VuePress Next v2.0 #3

Hello @adamdehaven Thank You so much for this great plugin, Can you please update this for v2.0 as I really need it in my docs.

@ramesh-dada I'm looking into this; however, the current version of the docs doesn’t even include info on the Node API, and the plugin documentation doesn’t seem to be quite complete either.

I’ve even tried installing @adamdehaven/vue-custom-tooltip@next and can’t get the component successfully registered.

@adamdehaven I also tried to manually register the tooltip component with vuepress register components but it didnt worked and no errors, also any progress on update??

Support for VuePress 2.x is going to be dependent on the core team updating the documentation.
