remove Event model and use Coupon - has all infos
implement part II of the tutorial to have prev and next buttons to navigate months
fix css
use color codes for coupon entries based on status of coupon

@bbelderbos uploading now. Had some issues with the css styling, couldn't figure out how to get the calendar to render above the coupon cards. I'm rusty on my css and I think some of the use of packages is adding a layer of abstraction that is confusing me.
