Setup data directory once at startup #43

Closes #37

Added --data-dir command line option to set data directory
Added possibility to give data directory using environment variable "ADRDOX_DATA_DIR"
Added auto detecting data directory using some known paths
Added "search-docs.html" to standard files instead of import

what value is there in having the search-docs.html thing on the outside? the others are out so they are easy to edit but this one should basically never be edited.

but i don't think it hurts...

Maybe. I think that we don't need bundle any data files to executable.
