splitter missing #6

The link to splitter from http://dpldocs.info/experimental-docs/std.algorithm.html points to http://dpldocs.info/experimental-docs/std.algorithm.iteration.splitter.html which is a 404.

The same seems to be true for many - but not all - other entries in that table.

Try it now, I kinda hacked it, but it should work.

The cause is overloads - the table didn't realize there were overloads (which is probably the REAL bug there but I haven't figured it out yet) and with overloads, the link needed to know where it was.

But now it just has a redirect page (with javascript on, it does it automatically so you will just notice a tiny amount of extra lag) so those wills end you into one of the random overloads instead of to nothing.
