Toggle Maximize Area Popouts don't work #10

Popout needs to work in "Toggle maximize area". When a uer enters "Toggle maximize area" creating a new window option is disabled so Blender throws an error.

For this is being closed because the next version of Blender will be enabling "New window" and "New Mainwindow creation for Blender.
