New areas don't get added to the list #13

When addons introduce new addons they are not added to the list.

Blender needs to get the list of the area so when blender addons introduce a new work area they will automatically be added to the new list.

Where do the new addon in the list sit?

There needs to be a way for users to sort the list of area types into groups.

These will be added manually per user request.

An addon list will be to be created and a check to see if the addon is installed to have the button displayed
