RNA modbams? #68

I have RNA modbams with m6A (in DRACH motifs) and everything runs without error but wgmeth/differential methylation results are sort of confusing - are there going to be RNA-specific additions to methylartist now that ONT has RNA mod models out? Thanks!

I haven't worked with modified bases in ONT RNA-seq yet, what enhancements would be useful for this?

@adamewing I think it would be nice to have a way to look at total m6A/total modifications per molecule, regardless of position. This probably isn't hard to do just by counting SAM tags, but I'm not really a coder. Also a feature to deal with the spliced alignments.
