Hi, can you please let me know in which case the "N/A" output is received from segmeth function? What are the conditions to getting this output? Can those conditions be modified? Thank you

Sorry for the delay, that will appear if there are zero methylated+unmethylated CpGs in the sample for which the CpG fraction is being calcuated.
