Hi, Thanks for the great tool. I am trying to call transductions with your script and I am wondering what the REFELTS file is. I believe it is a bed file with reference TE positions but I am not too sure how to get it. Also, would it be possible to have some documentation on call_transductions.py as I think it is a very useful tool to have.
