Alphabetical sorting and deletion of the portal

I'm not sure about this change, just a proposal :

• Delete the portal (because we are already on it at this moment...)
• Sort by portalname, more aesthetic and practical.

I liked having this portal as the first entry, to demonstrate it was a list of third party portals (maybe someone left the tab open for ages and came back, it's easy to miss what page you're on.

More than happy for it to be sorted alphabetically if you want to do it, I'll approve :)

Updated the file and added back msportal as Pin, i let you decide now 😄
