Not able to run mljsadmin install

Dear Team, Greetings!!

Today we tried to setup Workplace Application solution with given steps in the WIKI... But we are not able to run mljsadmin install.. getting below error..

E:\MarkLogic\dist\app-workplace>mljsadmin install

Could you please guide how to fix this issue.
