Are you going to update the Extension for Firefox Quantum or do you know someone else who has made something similar

Thanks for the request. I haven't been using Firefox's built-in password manager for several years and so haven't been doing much maintenance on this plugin. I'd be happy to review a pull-request for fixes to make it work in Quantum. I'm not opposed to looking into this myself, but have a number of higher-priority projects to tackle first.
