VT 144 not joining #59

For some reason VT 144 is broken into two segments and not getting joined: https://roadcurvature.com/map/?b=osm#map=15.141/-73.2121/43.7555 Curvature_-_VT 144

It turns out that the dirt road to the north of that junction ("Horton Rd") was incorrectly tagged as part of VT-144. It was getting included in the route sequence and then dropped because of its surface. After removing the ref from Horton Rd, the route now properly joins.
