Hello. I am using your ics module but noticed that gogle calendar does import html descriptions from DESCRIPTION;ALTREP="CID:" only and not from X-ALT-DESC;FMTTYPE=text/html:

So I just added a second rendering output with the same content.

If you like to use it, please pick up the changes:

src/pipeline/format.js #84
test/pipeline/format.spec.js #111 and below

Thanks - there are too many changes in this PR for me to track easily, but I appreciate you calling out this issue.
