Horn of Plenty / Counterfeit #584

Horn of Plenty counts cards that have been trashed by Counterfeit.

1) Play Counterfeit
2) Use Counterfeit to play Copper twice and trash it
3) Play Horn of Plenty

Expected:  I should be able to gain a card that costs up to (2).
Current:  I can gain a card that costs up to (3).  The Horn of Plenty counts 
the trashed Copper.

This is similar to issue 577.

Did you observe this in the latest trunk build? I tried to duplicate using the 
Guilds branch and couldn't.

Horn of Plenty / Counterfeit / Bank: treasures in play not treasures played
Fixed in r916 (multiplayer).
