Couldn't figure out how to add an inversion bar to only the first half of a pin name, so swapped the ordering of ~INT/SQW (as in datasheet) to SQW/~INT

Library is specific to MZ part for the SOIC-8.

The maxim soic-8 land pattern (http://pdfserv.maximintegrated.com/land_patterns/90-0096.PDF) is a bit odd dimensionwise but the outline (http://pdfserv.maximintegrated.com/package_dwgs/21-0041.PDF) looks like a normal SOIC-8 so using the standard footprint.
