Thanks! The symbol looks fine, but where did you get the footprint dimensions from in the end? They don't seem to match the IPC-7351 library I've got, as they seem a bit too low aspect ratio and the spacing between 1,2,3 and 4 is a bit short too. These wider pads might be easier to place/solder though!

Merged into master with a modified footprint for the SOT-223 to match IPC-7351, thanks!
