Item Addition: PrestigeSymbiote

Difficulty comes from keeping an active effect and constant check on health bar, but if I can look at the decomp then the implementation is there if I look at the two sources in the design doc.

Modeling/texturing this is going to be hell if I even attempt that.

May change my mind and change this from the Lunar base class to the Void 3 base class as a corruption of Transcendence later. Since it's a sprite change, it'll be an easy fix. Unsure as of yet, but documenting for future. PrestigeSymbiote_Alt

Parasitic Symbiosis

Convert half your health to regenerating shields, gaining 25% (+20% per stack) maximum health. ALL stats are buffed by 20% (+20% per stack) while you have a shield.

(Half health being shield works like Overloading Elite)
