Deferred Optics / Perpetual Prototype

Your attacks have a 0.5% (+0.5% per stack) chance to remove a non-Boss enemy target from the field, saving them for later. Enemies “killed” by this roll are saved into a List and then instantly spawned upon arrival to Commencement / Planetarium. If the list passes most of the spawn cap, possibly spawn them in on earlier stages?
