It is sometimes does not work in a multi-monitor environment. #5

There is no problem in one monitor environment. It occurs frequently in multiple monitor environments.

macOS : 10.12.2(16C67) XCode : 8.2.1 (8C1002)

This has bugs in dual monitor environment

Assume the popover was open on your primary monitor, and you immediately closed it by clicking on the secondary monitor. Then your mouse click occurred on the primary monitor again.

The popover window would not show up on the primary monitor no matter how many times you click the status icon until you click it back on the secondary monitor. And vise versa
