Analysis is not portable

File paths should not be specific to a single computer.

The files should be stored in OneDrive or NextCloud and downloaded for use.

I agree, however I was getting a 403 error through using the cloudy package. I will try and amend this soon.

Then you probably didn't use the correct link if it was forbidden. I've not yet implemented a login system yet. Needs to be the public link.

Is it acceptable to keep the data on github servers? this would be the easiest resolution.

OneDrive says our organisation is blocking the functionality to create a public link. I guess what is the difference between placing a public link on github servers and putting the actual file... I'll put the csv in the repo

That's new. I've always been able to create a link anyone can edit.

No reason it can't go in the repository, that I'm aware of.
