Non-intuitive navigation #20

From review by Bryan Williams on 05/04/2021. First thing, the first few times I opened this app I also thought I was stuck in it with absolutely no way to exit out. This is because the "Resume" screen has a hidden selection item to exit the routine. There is no indication on the screen that you can swipe up/down to see anything besides Resume, and this is mostly because Resume is the only visible option in the middle of the screen with nothing around it. There is no way anyone's intuition would tell them that there are more options to choose from off the bottom of the screen. It looks like Resume is the only thing you can do. There are no other screens on my watch that do that. Every screen that has multiple options has several displayed, making it obvious. But the way this app only shows Resume is confusing.

it would be better to implement the standard screens as they also provide higher level of compatibility across the different devices.

This is now solved since v2.1.8 with the OmniMenu selector which displays the other before/after options too.
