Manually arrange tabs #131

Being able to drag tabs to rearrange them manually. For this to work as expected, there should be a setting such that sorting tab groups is longer automatic. Feature suggested in #130.

Damn, I thought we already had an issue for the drag an drop. I guess we could make everything draggable? To manually arrange tabs, but to move them to another window and also do the same with tab groups?
