No scrollbar on preferences tab #297

I cannot see all the preferences. There is no scrollbar for this tab, and the mouse wheel doesn't scroll either. Not even if I pull it to the middle panel.

This is working for me in the latest chrome and firefox..

OK it's working for me too. It was my custom theme. I was using the Smoothness skin, but it looks like any custom theme CSS is applied even if the Custom theme option is not selected.
