FTP Issue #350

Are you aware of any issues with connection via FTP at the moment?

It was working fine yesterday but today I am receiving 'connection to host failed' error. There have been no changes to the configuration on our server during this time.

I'm not seeing any log in our firewall from the Shiftedit IP addresses, nor any connection made to our FTP server.

Fixed - the ip was not associated correctly
