The file you uploaded, shiftedit-master.zip, contains a virus so the upload was canceled: Html.Exploit.CVE_2016_3271-2 FOUND

That error shows up every time i try to upload on my cpanel

This is a false positive. You could try uploading the files individually to see what it doesn't like. This is a problem with Cpanel though or whatever virus protection they are using.
