Can't connect to any FTP hosted at OVH since friday 18/12 #374

Hi I am using Shiftedit for a few years now (paying customer) and it's been great! Since yesterday, i Can't connect to any FTP hosted at OVH. Adresses such as ftp.cluster015.ovh.net ftp.cluster014.ovh.net etc (ranging from 1 to 30 at the moment) It always says the password is wrong, which is not because it worked just before.

Same issue for me ftp.cluster011.hosting.ovh.net ftp.cluster003.ovh.net

Have you tried changing the encryption setting in site settings?

You need to update the version, try clearing the cache: https://shiftedit.net/docs/troubleshooting#clear_the_app_cache

It will then appear on that screen.
