What we could certainly do is cluster the low d space and use that to select waypoints for Minerva as it "should" correspond to regions showing specific marker expression
We could possibly even select the markers that define that region in low D space and use those for the overlay in that Minerva scene
Would potentially give a much more dynamic autominerva
